With a strong footprint in various industries, we pride ourselves on delivering highly configurable solutions tailored to each partner’s needs.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with in-house B2B SaaS experience to drive product-led growth across the full funnel, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel demand generation. In this role, you will manage campaigns, optimise marketing strategies and lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will be a key player in shaping the company’s brand presence, demand generation and client engagement strategies.

Note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. You must have the permanent right to work in the UK to be considered.

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership & Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth, aligning all initiatives with sales and business objectives.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end multi-channel campaigns—with a primary focus on top-of-funnel demand generation—across digital, paid (PPC, paid social), SEO, and email channels.
    • Own product-led campaigns and launches (e.g., Product Hunt), translating product capabilities into clear value propositions and use‑case‑led messaging for the market.
  • Content, Social & Product Marketing
    • Own the content engine: storyboard, produce, and manage a mix of short and long‑form content (thought leadership, product value, customer stories, case studies) and repurpose it effectively across LinkedIn, website, email, and video formats.
    • Create, plan, and manage engaging content and social media activities (including calendars, posts, banners, and short videos) to promote products, nurture engagement, and support campaign goals.
    • Develop and maintain product marketing assets, including landing pages, feature content, release communications, and onboarding/education materials to support product‑led growth (PLG).
  • Data-Driven Execution, Analysis & Optimization
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics and the marketing stack, tracking key metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
    • Continuously iterate and optimize campaigns, product messaging, landing pages, and content based on performance data to improve inbound lead quality and volume.
    • Prepare dashboards and present clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Market Research & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategy and content planning.
    • Maintain a tight feedback loop with Sales, Product, and Customer/Partner Success teams to refine messaging, ensure market alignment, improve conversion, and support business goals.

Requirements

  • An online portfolio of reference campaigns and work (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Experience supporting joint go‑to‑market activity with partners, including co‑marketing or shared campaigns.
  • Exposure to PR, awards submissions or brand‑led initiatives that enhance market credibility.
  • Familiarity working alongside partners or third parties to extend reach and visibility.
