About the role: We’re offering a Data Analyst (level 4) apprenticeship within our Energy Bureau Team as an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice. In this apprenticeship role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, receiving expert training and support to develop your knowledge and skills. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is curious about working with data, naturally analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented, and who is keen to build strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside their technical development.
As an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice within our Energy Bureau, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making. You’ll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date. Don’t worry if this terminology is new to you—we’ll teach you everything you need to know! What matters is that you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with complex and varied datasets. Strong investigation and analytical skills will be key to your success in this role.

Job Requirements:
- GCSE in Maths and English (grade 4 or above)
- Analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including confidence using formulas to manipulate and format data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships both digitally and in person
- Confidence learning new systems and adapting as we continue to innovate and improve
- Eligibility to work in the UK
