About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join our BEMS Optimisation division, playing an integral part in delivery and achieving long‑term impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium sized projects such as upgrades, optimisation works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Create and modify software strategies and collaborate with Project Managers to lead small teams.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate all relevant works to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain full awareness of Health & Safety standards, sign and review RAMS at the start of each engagement, and terminate work when standards are not met.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and handover of client works.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties.
• Support business growth by sharing knowledge and advancing your own professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent).
• Substantial experience in Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and/or Tridium systems.
• Experience in the maintenance of Building Management Systems.
• UK driver’s licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems with attention to detail.
• Exemplary communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Persistence, resilience and a proactive attitude to drive improvement.
• Commitment to a purpose‑driven mindset and high moral and ethical standards.

• Guaranteed starting salary from £45,000 DOE.
• Competitive salary depending on experience.

• Overtime rates of 1.5–2 × hourly rate depending on shift.
• Working away payment of 3.75 hours per night for overnight client work.
• On‑call payment of £35 a day for outside‑of‑working‑hours support.
