About the role

As a Recharging Analyst within Optimised, you will be part of the Recharging team, within the wider Bureau team, responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery.

The role will include entering and validating utility invoices and meter reads in our data management system, recharging mobilisations, creating recharges for tenants, processing change of tenancies, creating various detailed reports for our clients and supporting the Sales Team with recharging opportunities.

We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience either performing Bureau or Recharging activities within the Industrial & Commercial utilities market as well as a good knowledge of metering.
  • Strong understanding of all components of an electricity, gas and water bill.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - having the ability to communicate complex utility issues with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel - be confident to manipulate data, formatting data, creating and reviewing formulas.
  • Customer Service Experience - strong investigation skills and the ability to follow queries through from the start to the end.
  • Proactive attitude that brings drive, energy and passion to the role.
