Description
At Optimised, we help organisations take control of energy, utilities and sustainability performance - reducing cost, carbon and operational complexity at scale.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and shape how Optimised is seen as we grow.
Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll be our only marketer, working three days a week from our Bristol office and two from home.
That means setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver it - from generating leads and creating content to building partnerships and looking after our brand.
You’ll be the voice of Optimised, inside and outside the business.
Front facing and confident to challenge, you’ll bring fresh ideas, try new things and move quickly when an opportunity comes up.
If you want real ownership, the freedom to make your mark and the chance to see the impact of your work on a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
We know great candidates don’t always tick every box.
If you’re excited by this opportunity, share our purpose and believe you have the capability and ambition to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Why join Optimised?
We’re not just another energy consultancy.
As a certified B Corp, we combine commercial performance with genuine environmental impact - helping organisations reduce energy consumption, control utility spend and accelerate decarbonisation.
With offices across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with strong momentum, ambitious plans and a clear purpose.
