About the role

We're looking for an ambitious, confident, and motivated individual to join us as a Business Generation Executive.

This isn't just another sales role.

You'll be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and fuelling our growth.

Whether you already have telesales or lead generation experience - or you're looking to kickstart your career - we'll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the energy sector or knowledge of related products and services is desirable
  • Experience in telesales or cold calling and/or a track record of working in a sales or lead generation environment is desirable
  • Ambitious, confident, and motivated to succeed.
  • Strong resilience and positivity, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships both digitally and in person
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about business, energy, or sustainability.
  • Purpose driven mindset
