This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to focus on high‐quality elective gynaecology, undertaking outpatient clinics, post‐operative reviews, and elective procedures including laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy, endometrial assessment, and Mirena coil insertion. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient gynaecology clinics for new and follow‐up patients.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a wide range of gynaecological conditions.
- Manage post‐operative follow‐up appointments and recovery pathways.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients regarding treatment options and ongoing care.
- Ensure informed consent is obtained and documented appropriately.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform elective procedures including laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis, bilateral salpingo‐oophorectomy (BSO), diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, Mirena coil insertion and replacement, endometrial assessment and biopsy, and other elective gynaecological procedures within scope of practice and competency.
Service Delivery
- Support the efficient delivery of elective gynaecology services.
- Maximise theatre productivity and utilisation.
- Contribute to reducing patient waiting times.
