Weekend Sales Manager – Tech Sector
Location: Salford Quays (Hybrid flexibility)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata) + £15,000 OTE
Hours: Saturday & Sunday (plus one flexible weekday for admin)
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of 4 phone-based sales advisors.
- Drive weekend performance and help the team exceed targets.
- Manage admin and reporting on one extra weekday of your choice (we\\\’re flexible!).
