Previous experience is not necessary for this role, we are happy to take articulate, self motivated individuals from target driven hospitality, retail or similar roles and develop you into the role. We will even put you through relevant industry qualifications to make sure you are at the top of your game! That said if you have Property or specifically Lettings experience we would be very happy to hear from you too and help you accelerate your career!
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will be working for a business that is all about innovation. They have taken a completely fresh approach to a long standing industry and made it their mission to improve, simplify and streamline their service to landlords, developers and tenants.
You will be working on a portfolio of high end, high spec, city centre apartments, proactively promoting them to prospective tenants, conducting viewings and signing up new tenancy agreements. Working with high profile developers you will have direct access to some of the best apartment stock in Manchester; passion for what you are letting is essential as is a hunger and drive to match the right tenants with the right property.
This role will involve a high degree of phone and face to face work so you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and engage customers. A high degree of organisation is also key to ensure you juggle a busy workload and achieve your targets.
