We’re a well-established, family-run property business based in Chorlton, known locally for our friendly, personal and professional service to landlords and tenants. We’re now looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our close-knit team and support the day-to-day running of our busy property office in Chorlton. The Role of Admin Assistant
This is a busy and varied office-based admin role supporting the lettings and property management team with all general administration related to properties across Chorlton and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities as Admin Assistant will include:
- General office administration and data entry
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Booking appointments, viewings, inspections and maintenance visits
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Preparing tenancy paperwork and documents
- Updating property records and internal systems
- Handling post, filing and document management
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting with compliance paperwork and property files
