We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre. Off the back of a record breaking 2024, we are poised to have our most successful year in 2025 with a huge pipeline of highly desirable apartments in some of the most iconic developments in Manchester City Centre.

Your role will be to proactively promote them to prospective tenants, conduct viewings and sign up new tenancy agreements. Working with high profile developers, you will have direct access to some of the best apartment stock in Manchester. Passion for what you do is essential, as is a hunger and drive to match the right tenants with the right property and deliver the highest level of service along the way.

The Senior Lettings Negotiator role will involve a high degree of phone and face-to-face work, so you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and engage customers. A high degree of organisation is also key to ensure you juggle a busy workload and achieve your targets.
