Due to expansion we are looking for experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisors for our brokerage business based in Manchester! This is a brilliant opportunity to make the next step in your Mortgage Advisor career and join a business who are already well established in the market and have received huge investment which will take them into stratosphere!
The package for Second Charge Mortgage Advisor:
- A basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- An uncapped bonus structure and realistic OTE of £60,000
- 25 days per year holiday plus bank holidays

The role of Second Charge Mortgage Advisor:
- Contacting qualified leads and brokering 2nd Charge Mortgages
- Provide expert advice on second charge mortgage options to our customers, utilising in-house software.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our exceptional team of case managers to support our customers' applications
What we're after in the Second Charge Mortgage Advisor:
- CeMAP 1 Qualified with 2 years of Sales experience
- A strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations and procedures
