A fast growing B2B business based in Salford Quays is looking to hire an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and develop a high performing team of Inbound Sales Consultants. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a sales floor, coaching in real time and helping people maximise performance rather than purely managing through spreadsheets and reports.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 inbound B2B sales consultants, all working warm opportunities, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, performance improvement and building a positive, high-energy culture.

The Role

  • Managing, coaching and developing a team of inbound B2B Sales Consultants
  • Running regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews
  • Supporting the team with live deals and commercial conversations
  • Driving conversion rates, revenue and overall team performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying coaching opportunities
  • Creating a positive, motivated and high-performing sales culture
  • Working closely with senior leadership as the business continues to scale
