The Role
As Sales Team Manager, you\’ll take ownership of the performance and success of your sales team — driving results, developing people, and shaping the future of our sales operation.
You\’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of outbound phone-based sales staff.
- Monitoring performance and ensuring KPIs and quality standards are met.
- Implementing strategies to increase conversion rates, sales quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Working closely with senior management to deliver ambitious growth plans.
About You
You\’ll be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing outbound B2C sales teams. You\’ll bring energy, structure, and accountability to the team — as well as the ability to get the best from people through positive leadership and a focus on results.
You\’ll need:
- Previous experience managing outbound phone-based sales staff.
- A strong background in leading B2C sales teams.
