We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative/SDR for our market leading outsource provider business based in Manchester! If you are looking for a Sales role that will offer uncapped commission and the realistic opportunity to earn £65k per year for setting meetings, with the option to work from home 2 days per week, then keep reading.
You will be speaking to potential business clients, setting their meetings and following up to arrange onboarding. The package for Sales Development Representative / SDR:
- A basic salary of £28,000
- An uncapped commission structure and realistic OTE of £45,000 in year 1
- Up to 39 days holiday per year

The role of Sales Executive:
- Prospecting businesses and setting appointments for BDM’s
- Making large volumes of calls and arranging multiple visits and appointments requiring exceptional organisational skills
- Identifying pain points for clients and selling the benefits of the appointment
- Following up with clients after the meetings to confirm the sales
What we’re after for the Sales Executive:
- 12 months experience in a sales role and outbound dialling
- A consultative sales person who is highly organised and able to multi-task
