About the Role
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be working within the high-end Manchester rental market, managing a portfolio of premium, high-spec city-centre apartments. You will work closely with landlords, developers and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Responsibilities
- Promoting high-quality city-centre properties to prospective tenants
- Handling enquiries and booking and conducting property viewings
- Matching the right tenants to the right properties
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to completion
- Working with high-profile developers and premium apartment stock
- Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets
Who We Are Looking For

- Candidates with 6 months+ lettings experience looking for their next move
- Confident communicators who enjoy phone-based and face-to-face interaction
