About the Role

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be working within the high-end Manchester rental market, managing a portfolio of premium, high-spec city-centre apartments. You will work closely with landlords, developers and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting high-quality city-centre properties to prospective tenants
  • Handling enquiries and booking and conducting property viewings
  • Matching the right tenants to the right properties
  • Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to completion
  • Working with high-profile developers and premium apartment stock
  • Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets

Who We Are Looking For
