Residential Property Sales Manager – Upto £40k basic OTE 66k+ year 1 and opportunity to exceed this in year 2 and beyond Manchester City Centre – Prime central Manchester location in the heart of the city Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm – No scheduled weekends or late shifts We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Sales Manager to grow and develop a new team of sales negotiators within our Manchester office. This is a chance to make your mark and recruit and develop the best of the best and develop an industry leading resales operation. Previous experience of leading a team of Sales Negotiators is essential as you will be responsible to recruiting, coaching and developing your team to deliver the highest level of service in a competitive market. You will be joining a business that has already built a strong name for itself within the Manchester and London markets and is currently one of Manchester’s leading lettings consultancies, working in close partnership with the high profile developers and investors on the most desirable developments. Your team will operate in the same market, proactively taking exclusive resale stock to market for private buyers, investors/landlords. Previous experience of resale and investor sales is highly desirable. You must also be driven and hungry for success as this role, market and company is offering the chance to build an extremely high performing team with no limits to the growth and scale of the operation.
