Brilliant Property Manager opportunity in Manchester city centre for someone who understands the lettings/property management process and wants a solid, well-structured role within a growing business. This is a hands-on position managing a portfolio of circa 150 residential units, primarily modern apartment developments across Manchester, with some exposure to other major UK cities. The Role

This is a full-cycle residential property management role covering tenancy management, maintenance, compliance and client communication. Tenancy progression is handled by a separate team, so your focus is on managing the portfolio day-to-day and keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 150 residential properties (primarily apartments)
  • Acting as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and developers
  • Managing tenancy deposits (TDS / Reposit)
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
