Are you an experienced property sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Property Investment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll sell off-plan property investments to a growing database of motivated investors. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from lead engagement to closing — and benefit from warm leads, exceptional training, and uncapped commission.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in property sales who is ambitious, target-driven, and looking to significantly increase their earning potential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling UK off-plan residential and buy-to-let investments to investors
  • Handling qualified, inbound leads – no cold calling
  • Managing the full 360 sales cycle, from first contact through to close
  • Advising clients on market trends, yields, ROI, and location benefits
  • Building and maintaining long-term investor relationships
  • Working towards and exceeding personal and team revenue targets
