I’m working on a Senior Letting Administrator role in central Manchester for someone who knows the lettings process well but wants more ownership and progression. This isn’t just admin. It’s a key role in the tenancy progression process, managing everything from referencing through to move-in, while also supporting the wider team and handling more complex cases.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing tenant referencing and onboarding
- Managing tenancy progression from offer to move-in
- Handling Right to Rent checks and compliance documentation
- Coordinating inventories and property activations
- Managing deposits and tenancy documentation
- Dealing with escalations and complex tenancy cases
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Improving workflows and keeping everything running efficiently
It’s a hands-on role, but with real responsibility and visibility across lettings and property management. Based in Manchester, Monday to Friday 9–5, salary £26k–£30k depending on experience.
Looking for someone who:
- Has experience in tenancy progression / lettings admin / property management
- Is highly organised and can manage multiple tenancies at once
- Understands compliance (Right to Rent, deposits, documentation)
