The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-end rental properties and guide tenants through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting premium city-centre properties to prospective tenants
- Handling enquiries and booking and conducting viewings
- Matching the right tenants to the right properties
- Working closely with landlords and high-profile developers
- Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets
