About the Business and the Role

You will be based in the Manchester office and part of a small but highly skilled team of Inbound Sales Advisors. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative; whilst you will be having customer service and sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telephoneâbased Customer Service or Sales role is preferred, however, other Customer service and Sales experience will be considered. If you have previous customer service or sales experience and live in the Manchester area, apply now.
