We are currently recruiting for an Events Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Manchester City Centre. This is a fast-paced and varied administrative role that sits at the centre of the company’s seminar and events function. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple weekly events whilst also supporting the smooth running of the wider office environment.

This position would suit somebody who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. Previous experience within events, administration, hospitality coordination or conference support would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

  • Booking and coordinating multiple seminar venues each week
  • Preparing and managing postal invitations for seminars and events
  • Creating seminar packs, contracts and event materials
  • Liaising with speakers and sending event information
  • Managing delegate registrations and event inboxes
  • Producing reports using internal CRM systems
  • Processing client reviews and forwarding to relevant departments
  • Managing incoming post, scanning and distributing correspondence
  • Monitoring stationery levels and coordinating office orders
  • Printing labels, preparing postal packs and taking items to the post office

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience within an administration or events coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems ideally Salesforce
  • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms would be advantageous
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
