Live Chat Advisor – Hybrid (Wythenshawe) Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (Hybrid – up to 3 days WFH) Salary: £24,500 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm About the Role of Live Chat Advisor We’re looking for a Live Chat Advisor to join our growing customer service team in Wythenshawe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous live chat experience who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a supportive team environment. Using Zendesk (or a similar platform), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing product advice quickly and professionally. What You’ll Be Doing as a Live Chat Advisor * Handle inbound live chat enquiries, providing accurate and timely support. * Use Zendesk (or similar CRM/live chat system) to log interactions and track resolutions. * Deliver exceptional customer service in line with SLAs. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. * Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex queries. What We’re Looking For in a Live Chat Advisor * Essential: Previous live chat experience in a customer support environment. * Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. * Confident using Zendesk or similar platforms. * A problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and working as part of a team.
