As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Generate new business opportunities via outbound phone-based prospecting
- Book high-quality meetings and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Represent a premium digital marketing proposition with confidence and credibility
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
This is not a script-driven, high-pressure call centre environment. You’ll be trusted, supported, and developed.
The Package:
- Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000
- Year 1 OTE: £65,000
- Year 2 OTE: £85,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
- Hybrid working (South Manchester office)
- Strong progression into Senior BDM / Team Lead / Sales Leadership roles
- Ongoing training, coaching, and development
