This growing AV & IT solutions provider is expanding and needs a driven Account Manager to nurture existing clients, grow revenue, and act as a trusted advisor across a range of digital and integrated technology solutions. What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities across tech, AV and IT products
- Lead negotiations, renewals and service agreements
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
