What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process – from viewings to negotiations, to closing tenancy agreements
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, every step of the way
- Support the Lettings Manager in day-to-day team management and performance
- Coach and motivate junior lettings consultants – helping them hit targets and grow
- Be a go-to expert on the local market, legal compliance, and service standards
- Drive results while keeping customer experience at the core
