Are you a confident outbound salesperson looking to build a career in B2B tech sales? We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing cybersecurity SaaS business. You’ll be responsible for creating new-business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, engaging senior technology and security leaders, and booking qualified demos for the wider sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-led role with a clear route into Account Executive responsibilities for the right person.
What you’ll do
- Make high-volume outbound calls - around 100 per day.
- Prospect and engage CTOs and senior technology/security leaders.
- Book qualified, attended demos and build your own pipeline.
- Source and manage prospect data accurately.
- Track activity, KPIs and conversion performance.
What we’re looking for
- At least 12 months’ B2B sales, telesales or outbound experience.
- Strong cold-calling confidence, resilience and communication skills.
- Comfortable working to activity and revenue targets.
- SaaS, technology, IT or cybersecurity experience is desirable, but not essential.
What’s on offer
- £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary depending on experience.
