Ready to get your foot in the IT door and actually do the job, not just reboot routers all day? We’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join the growing team at our clients head office in Leeds. You’ll primarily support a high-profile client, with a mix of remote and on-site work across Leeds and Manchester. This role is perfect for someone who’s got a solid foundation in IT support, is hands-on, and most importantly, wants to bring ideas and improvements to the table. This is a great step up into a business where learning is part of the job and the potential to grow is very real.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • First-line support for client queries (remote and on-site)
  • Managing user accounts (starters/leavers), email groups, folder/sharepoint permissions
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software and basic network issues
  • Ticket management and escalation when needed
  • Assisting in regular site visits and on-site fixes (when remote support just won’t cut it)
  • Helping out with broader internal support
  • Liaising with internal teams and client staff to keep things ticking

Must-Haves

  • Some hands-on experience in a technical support role
  • Good grasp of Windows environments (SharePoint, Outlook, folder structures, etc.)
  • Confident with basic Active Directory and Office 365 tasks
  • Naturally organised and able to prioritise your own workload
  • Full UK Driving License + Own Transport
  • Solid communicator
  • Any MSP or multi-client experience
