Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Our client is a high-growth, award-winning consumer finance lender that\’s scaling fast, breaking records monthly, and building a reputation for doing things the right way. They partner with a large network of national suppliers and are known for their human approach, strong culture, and serious growth trajectory.

As the business expands, they\’re creating a brand-new role to strengthen regulatory controls and support their next phase of growth. This is FCA regulatory oversight of introducers and brokers.

The Role

• Lead risk-based reviews and audits of suppliers, introducers and principal brokers
• Verify FCA permissions, training, scripts, policies and customer-facing processes
• Review call recordings and advertising to ensure compliant introductions
• Monitor financial stability via CreditSafe, complaints and conduct data
• Support supplier onboarding with second-line checks
• Produce clear reporting for governance forums and senior stakeholders
• Build strong relationships while confidently challenging when needed

About You

• Background in financial services compliance, risk, audit or oversight
• Strong working knowledge of FCA regulation (e.g. CONC, PRIN, SYSC, SUP 12)
• Comfortable analysing financial information and conduct risks
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-driven, and able to work independently
