Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working on behalf of a well-established and purpose-driven organisation that is looking for a Senior Procurement Advisor to join their Doncaster-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking employer making a real impact in their sector. You’ll play a key role in driving best practice, managing strategic procurement activities, and helping to lead and develop a high-performing procurement function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading procurement for a variety of goods, services and capital projects
- Supporting the development and implementation of procurement policies and strategy
- Advising and training internal teams on procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving value
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards
- Overseeing and mentoring other procurement team members
- Contributing to tender processes and contract reviews

- Strong background in procurement and supplier management
- Experience in leading on policy implementation and strategic procurement initiatives
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in procurement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident managing projects and mentoring others
