What You’ll Do
As our Regional Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing client accounts, delivering consistent, year-on-year revenue growth within your region.
- Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities to broaden our client base.
- Forge strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate and capitalize on client relationship opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop a select portfolio of clients who regularly buy and hire equipment, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Support the growth and development of key accounts through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Provide timely feedback to Marketing and Line Management on:
- Competitor activity and market trends
- Client activity and emerging needs
- New site developments and area challenges
- Potential new opportunities for clients and product development

- Confident in formally presenting commercial arguments to key clients at all organizational levels.
