What You’ll Do

As our Regional Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing client accounts, delivering consistent, year-on-year revenue growth within your region.
  • Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities to broaden our client base.
  • Forge strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate and capitalize on client relationship opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a select portfolio of clients who regularly buy and hire equipment, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the growth and development of key accounts through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Provide timely feedback to Marketing and Line Management on:
  • Competitor activity and market trends
  • Client activity and emerging needs
  • New site developments and area challenges
  • Potential new opportunities for clients and product development

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and commercially astute. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable track record as an Account Manager, with strong face-to-face presentation and sales skills, especially with blue-chip clients.
  • Experience managing accounts at both central procurement and local levels, with a knack for uncovering and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Confident in formally presenting commercial arguments to key clients at all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience in on-the-road account management, thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
