Optimise by Recruitment is working alongside a leading company to recruit a QESH Administrator & Auditor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QESH) Management Systems. Reporting to the QESH Manager, this role involves a combination of auditing, compliance management, and administrative support, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are upheld across the business. Key Responsibilities * Assist in maintaining external accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure Head Office & depots meet audit requirements. * Champion Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health awareness through effective communication. * Ensure all required inspections and assessments related to Health, Safety and Environmental matters are completed and documented. * Distribute Toolbox Talks, Safety, and Environmental Bulletins in coordination with the QESH Manager. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in a QESH, Compliance, or Health & Safety role. * Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and auditing processes. * Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and reporting. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels and promote a safety-first culture. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
