We’re looking for an experienced Executive PA & Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This is a central role supporting a board of directors, offering a rare opportunity to make a real impact across the business. You’ll be a key player in ensuring operations run smoothly, documentation is spot-on, and the leadership team are free to focus on strategic growth.

If you enjoy taking ownership, love structure, and have a natural curiosity for how things work (and how they can work better), this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and support system to the senior leadership team
  • Owning all things admin: diary management, travel, meeting prep, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Supporting business growth by coordinating tenders and supplier onboarding (PQQs)
  • Ensuring business certifications and compliance materials are up to date on relevant portals
  • Coordinating insurances, renewals, and claims with minimal fuss
  • Managing internal systems and communication tools, ensuring staff and stakeholders always have access to the right information
  • Looking after company benefits, pension updates, and payroll administration (small scale)
  • Helping drive marketing output with polished support materials and event planning
  • Bringing clarity and structure to meetings through agenda creation, note-taking, and action tracking
  • Jumping in where needed across operations to keep the business moving

What You Bring

  • Professional presence with strong personal impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a natural, people-first approach
  • Proven track record in a PA, EA, or office management role, ideally working with senior leaders
  • A proactive attitude to improving systems, solving problems, and staying one step ahead
  • Comfortable navigating documents for tenders, compliance, and governance
  • Background in fast-paced sectors like construction, engineering, or commercial services preferred

This isn’t just a support role, it’s a chance to be right at the centre of the business, influencing how things are run day to day. If you take pride in being the person people rely on, and you enjoy building calm in the chaos, we’d love to hear from you.
