We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Legal Executive, Paralegal, or experienced Legal Secretary/PA to become a key part of our legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a broad mix of legal areas—combining your legal expertise with hands-on involvement in the business.
You’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both contentious and non-contentious matters, from contract negotiations to employment law issues, and everything in between. What You’ll Be Doing- Get hands-on with a wide range of legal matters, including company/commercial, litigation, and employment law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, service and supplier agreements—you name it).
- Support and manage commercial disputes and contract enforcement issues, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external counsel during complex negotiations or contentious issues.
- Be a trusted go-to for legal and administrative support across departments.
- Play a key role in employment matters—helping shape contracts, policies, and procedures that protect and empower our team.
- Experience as a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary/PA—ideally within an in-house commercial environment.
- A solid grasp of both contentious and non-contentious legal work.
- Working knowledge of company/commercial law, litigation, and employment law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Someone who’s highly organised, adaptable, and happy to juggle legal and admin tasks with equal focus and enthusiasm.
