We’re on the lookout for a Communications Manager who’s equal parts strategist, content creator, and team player. You’ll be a driving force behind the engagement with a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and an experienced communications lead to support multiple client communication strategies, from everyday updates to large-scale campaigns. This is a hands-on role where no task is too small, and your ideas are genuinely welcome.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end comms projects for clients, from briefing through to delivery
- Draft engaging content for newsletters, websites, portals, and digital campaigns
- Track, manage, and implement change processes with precision
- Help drive digital engagement and boost usage of client platforms
- Bring creativity to the table, but also roll up your sleeves for the BAU bits
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven comms experience (internal, external, or customer-focused)
- Eye for detail, ear for tone, and a head for organisation
- You’re confident working independently and making decisions
- Comfortable with hybrid working and travel to Chesterfield and London when needed
- Proactive and flexible. You don’t just identify problems, you solve them
- Experience in financial services, pensions, or employee benefits
- A background working across digital, print, and campaign comms
- Familiarity with change management processes or regulated communications
