We’re on the lookout for a Communications Manager who’s equal parts strategist, content creator, and team player. You’ll be a driving force behind the engagement with a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and an experienced communications lead to support multiple client communication strategies, from everyday updates to large-scale campaigns. This is a hands-on role where no task is too small, and your ideas are genuinely welcome.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end comms projects for clients, from briefing through to delivery
  • Draft engaging content for newsletters, websites, portals, and digital campaigns
  • Track, manage, and implement change processes with precision
  • Help drive digital engagement and boost usage of client platforms
  • Bring creativity to the table, but also roll up your sleeves for the BAU bits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven comms experience (internal, external, or customer-focused)
  • Eye for detail, ear for tone, and a head for organisation
  • You’re confident working independently and making decisions
  • Comfortable with hybrid working and travel to Chesterfield and London when needed
  • Proactive and flexible. You don’t just identify problems, you solve them
  • Experience in financial services, pensions, or employee benefits
  • A background working across digital, print, and campaign comms
  • Familiarity with change management processes or regulated communications

Everyone pitches in, and collaboration is key. You’ll have room to grow, freedom to shape how they do things, and a say in how communications evolve. As the business scales and new clients come on board, so will your opportunities.

We’re ready to move quickly. If this sounds of interest, we’d love to hear from you.
