At Optime, we're building dedicated Service Delivery Teams that take ownership of client success across our airport network. We're looking for a Vetting Team Leader to become the vetting and compliance expert within our Manchester Service Delivery Team, supporting Manchester, Liverpool and Belfast City Airports. This is not a traditional management role. Instead, you'll be the operational lead for vetting delivery, working alongside recruiters, airport stakeholders and the Service Delivery Manager to ensure candidates are cleared quickly, compliantly and in line with client commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading vetting delivery across Manchester, Liverpool and Belfast City operations.
- Managing relationships with Airport ID Centres.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex vetting matters.
- Coordinating vetting activity across the Service Delivery Team.
- Supporting mobilisation projects and operational delivery.
- Driving improvements in vetting turnaround times and compliance performance.
- Contributing towards team-wide performance objectives and bonus achievement.
