The Role
As a Recruiter at Optime Group, you will:
- Source, attract, and engage candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Deliver a positive candidate journey from first contact to onboarding and beyond.
- Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates to support retention.
- Understand role requirements and deliver against agreed timescales.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Liaise with clients for the purposes of onboarding candidates, ensuring all required steps (e.g. documentation, airport passes, D&A tests, e-learning set-up, meet and greet presentations) are completed in advance.
- Where responsible for an induction, take ownership of liaising with the client to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth start and meet onsite when required.

- Experienced in recruitment coordination (desirable)

- A confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
- In possession of a full driving licence and their own vehicle (essential)
