Optime Group, aviation recruitment experts, seeks an experienced Baggage Handler Colleague to join the team at Luton Airport for the upcoming winter season. The position is 30 hours per week with overtime opportunities, starting 16 November 2026.
You will process luggage, operate ground support equipment, and work airside and in the Undercroft baggage unit. A full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points is mandatory. Training is provided; temp-to-perm is performance-based.
