Optime Group are excited to be recruiting a Transport Support Assistant to support a well-established client within the airline catering industry. What’s on offer
- Rate of Pay: £14.76 per hour
- Location: Crawley RH10 9QT
- Shift Pattern: 5-on/3-off
- Shift timing: Between 3.00 am and 10.00 am start time and finish between 12.30 pm and 19.30 - Various start times, you must be able to work all shifts on rotation

Key Duties
- Loading and unloading catering equipment, carts, and supplies to strict timeframes.
- Preparing trolleys and orders accurately for outbound flights.
- Working airside around aircraft while following aviation safety and security rules.
- Supporting drivers and operations teams to meet on-time departures.
Requirements
- Valid UK Manual Driving licence (maximum 3 points).
- Physically fit, able to work diverse temperatures.
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

- Basic numeracy and checking skills

Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements. PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
