Optime Group is delighted to be recruiting Experienced Baristas to work across some of London’s most prestigious office buildings, 5* Hotels, and hospitality venues. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and customer-focused baristas to showcase their coffee-making expertise in professional, high-end environments. You’ll be part of a passionate hospitality team dedicated to providing exceptional service, premium beverages, and a warm guest experience. Whether you’re looking for flexible temporary work or consistent full-time assignments, we’ll match you with opportunities that suit your availability and goals.

What’s on offer:

  • Hourly Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience and client)
  • Working Hours: Typically 7:00am–5:00pm (weekdays only)
  • Locations: Central London (including City, Canary Wharf, and West End)
  • Contract: Ongoing temporary work with potential for long-term or permanent roles
  • Start Dates: Early 2026
  • Weekly Pay (every Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages to brand standards
  • Provide warm, professional customer service in corporate and hospitality settings
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee bar or café area
  • Operate manual coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems confidently
  • Support front-of-house service during busy periods (meetings, events, or lunch service)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Represent the client brand with professionalism and a positive attitude

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Barista, Café Assistant, or Hospitality Host in a high-end or corporate environment
  • Skilled in espresso-based drink preparation with excellent latte art an advantage
  • Skilled in manual coffee machine is a MUST
  • Confident, well-presented, and professional at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding coffee and customer service
  • Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide relevant right-to-work documentation
