Award-Winning Aviation Recruitment Agency seeks Recruitment Consultant to join Heathrow Operation

Optime Group is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of temporary staff to major airports and logistics hubs. We’re proud to support some of the biggest names in aviation – and we’re growing fast.
We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team based at Heathrow. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll focus on attracting top talent, delivering a standout candidate experience, and ensuring every placement contributes to our clients\’ success.

What’s on offer:

  • £28,000–£30,000 per annum
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you’ll get 2 weekdays off that week)
  • 29 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channels
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standards
  • Meet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider team
  • Guide candidates through their journey – from first contact to induction and beyond
  • Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites
  • Work closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
  • Lead on onboarding processes – from booking assessments and e-learning, to supporting day-one check-ins
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date
  • Communicate regularly with placed candidates to support retention
