Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an experienced Airport Terminal Cleaner to join a well-respected and successful client at Manchester Airport. Join our team and become an essential part of creating a clean and welcoming environment for travellers from around the world.
What’s on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off
- Shifts: 2PM – 10PM Or 10PM – 6AM
- Weekly Pay (every Friday).
- Full Training provided.
- Immediate Start!
- Temp to Perm (performance related).
Key Duties:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the airport terminal.
- Ensuring that all public areas, restrooms, waiting lounges, and other designated spaces are clean, well-organised, and presentable to enhance the overall passenger experience.
- Building knowledge of the designated cleaning areas, ensuring all equipment and chemicals are used in line with Health & Safety requirements.
- Documenting routine inspections.
- Working as part of a team.
- Adhering to airport security processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring high cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Great work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be over 18.
- Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial.
PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
