Optimas Gloucester is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our on-site team.

You will lead containment, RCA, and 8D investigations for nonconformances, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and drive cost recovery initiatives while ensuring timely product quality releases.

The role requires Level 5 quality/engineering qualifications, knowledge of QMS, APQP/FMEA/PPAP, and the ability to travel and work away from home.

Strong communication and Excel/Power Point skills are essential.
