Whether your background is in finance, data analytics, or business analysis, this role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping how we understand and improve performance across the organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business, helping to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. - Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Produce clear, insightful management reports and dashboards.

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and recommendations.
- Support cash flow forecasting and performance tracking.
- Help improve reporting processes through automation and better use of data and tools (e.g. Power BI).

- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills, including modelling and data manipulation.
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into clear insights.
- Confident communicator, able to present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of business drivers.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is helpful but not essential.
- No accounting qualification required; we welcome candidates from a range of analytical backgrounds.
- Opportunity to make a real impact on business performance.
- Work in a collaborative, global environment.
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.
- Ongoing development in analytics, tools, and business partnering.
- A culture that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
If you are someone who enjoys turning data into insight and wants to play a meaningful role in driving business performance, we would love to hear from you.
