ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ¨Willingness to work outside of normal hours during shutdowns, holidays, or in emergency situations in line with company call-out policies. ¨Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & COMPETENCIES ¨GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Math’s, English and Science. ¨HNC/HND in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent vocational qualification. ¨City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance. ¨18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)SKILLS & COMPETENCIES EXPERIENCE ¨Electrical fault finding and root cause analysis. ¨Reading and interpreting electrical and engineering drawings. ¨Experience working with PLC’s, sensors, drives, motors, and safety systems. ¨Basic mechanical skills (. fitting, welding, fabrication). ¨Strong planning, organization, and communication skills. ¨Proactive, team-oriented and committed to high standards of work. EXPERIENCE ¨Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. ¨Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems. ¨Competence in both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
