Transition Manager (Sourcing UK)

The Transition Manager is a key role responsible for transition and implementation of all vendor/ sku resource initiatives with the overriding priority to ensure supply continuity and generate Buy Sell margin and EBITDA growth. This role will lead a small team of transition planners with project management and collaboration skill, with high levels of drive and determination to ensure the UK P
