Test Architect

Test Architect – Automation Frameworks | TypeScript, Playwright, Java & JavaScript

We’re looking for a Test Architect to design and implement scalable automation frameworks for a dynamic tech services and consultancy company. This hybrid role in London (mostly 2 days in-office, occasionally 3) offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.

You MUST hold ILR or a British Passport. Only apply if you meet this minimum eligibility criteria .

What You’ll Bring:

✅ Expertise in TypeScript & Playwright for automation frameworks.

✅ Proven experience with Java & JavaScript for broader automation solutions.

✅ Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based testing & scalable architecture.

✅ Leadership in test framework design, ensuring automation strategies align with business needs.

✅ Hands-on experience with additional automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, WebDriverIO, Cucumber).

✅ Strong Agile background (SCRUM, Kanban) with a focus on DevOps and continuous testing.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience in consultancy or SaaS environments.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive quality initiatives at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
