We’re offering a rare chance for several experienced, Polish-speaking Paralegals to advance their careers within our growing Personal Injury team.
Why this role?
Join a friendly, high-performing PI team that handles everything from soft-tissue fast-track files to complex multi-track and medical-negligence claims. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them (in Polish and English) through every step of the litigation process while working side-by-side with experienced fee earners.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with personal-injury clients on behalf of fee earners, translating legal updates and building strong relationships.
- Manage your own daily task list and hit deadlines, using Proclaim to keep files up to date.
- Draft, collate and verify initial claim documents; ensure CFA packs and client-care letters are signed and correct before issue.
- Arrange medical examinations with external agencies and chase reports.
- Schedule and attend telephone conferences with counsel, experts, defendants and insurers; take detailed notes for the litigation team.
- Explain court timetables, procedural documents and medical reports to clients and / or carers in plain language.
- Attend conferences with counsel and, where required, court hearings alongside solicitors or litigation executives.
- Provide regular written and telephone updates to clients, defendants and all third parties.
- Assist with costs schedules, settlement negotiations and Part 36 offers, ensuring prompt recovery once a case concludes.
- Pick up any ad-hoc tasks from team leaders or fee earners to keep cases moving smoothly.
- Supports Manager’s role by completing work when requested
- Support our marketing team by sharing case insights for blog posts, social updates and client FAQs, helping us reach and educate more Polish claimants.
- Contribute to a positive team culture: share knowledge, mentor juniors and celebrate wins.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience as a paralegal / litigation executive in personal injury (EL/PL, RTA or clinical-negligence exposure ideal).
- Fluent Polish and English, confident translating complex legal and medical terms.
- Familiarity with any case-management system (Proclaim preferred).
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude, strong organisational skills and genuine client-care focus.
