Optimal Solicitors are a successful niche Legal Practice based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our established Fast Track Personal Injury team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are a multi-service law firm with a loyal and growing national and international client base. This is an opportunity to join our professional, modern law firm with huge scope for progression.
How we work: Hybrid with in‑office induction/systems; Team Days 1–2/month; choose hours 08:00–18:00 (core 10:00–16:00).
The Role: To work hard as part of a team handling personal injury cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of RTA and ELPL files from newly accepted cases and progressing through stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MOJ/ IOC Portal, along with infant claims, MIB untraced and foreign claims.
Duties: To progress a caseload of PI fast track matters to conclusion, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of client care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a caseload of Fast Track matters
- Previous experience using Proclaim case management software
- Strong commercial awareness
- Client focused
